Have you encountered situations where you've contracted with expediters and the permitting not done correctly?  

I've heard some are beginning to require once per day, but have not personally encountered that as of yet.

Do not consider any investment " opportunity" you encounter where you don't feel comfortable in being the owner, or that has challenges present you don't feel equipped to address!

If they are not interested in paying for an alarm system, we would keep all the hardware where it's at just make sure they understand it is not activated.What are your thoughts and standard procedure when you encounter this?
