Show drain runs very slow.Needs a new wall framed out where bedrooms 2&3 were converted into one large room.Door hardware needs adjusted throughout.The unit I bought 2 down from this one appraised at 48k needing only ~3-5k worth of work.Next step is estimating all of the repairs so that I can adjust my offer price accordingly.

To see if your block walls are full of water, you can drill a hole near the base into one of the "chambers" of the block (this is what the waterproofing companies will do to keep the water from filling the wall once they have installed the french drain system).

We used to use the big chlorine tablets and put them in the tank however they cause the flapper to distort over time and water will just go down the drain.

Lots o clips and a middle support with long arms to joists work better.AND while you have the cippy saw and hammer all warmed uo,,,change the metal drain pipe also.

Between the meter and the faucet being tested, the leak is draining the line and air replaces the missing water.I would suspect the toilet flapper valve is dripping and the toilet is 'auto flushing'.
