This would give them very nice tax breaks, but so would donating money to charites for that matter!

I don´t like the sound of this.

How do I go about donating the public easement part of the property to the flood control district to get it off my tax rolls? 

Most of my donations go to my church, pregnancy resource center, YoungLife, Compassion International, Tebow Foundation, and then some non-religious organizations like Downrange Warriors, local sports or 4H, etc. 

Now I can take my truck to the title loan place or hit up my friends or start a fund.me to get the 5K plus fees and now I have my land with the building that you have kindly donated.2. 

I have a seller who wants to donate a property to me.  

Then donate it to a local charity and write it off. 

Just wondering about the farming end of the operation.Will your large organic, self sustainable, regenerative, no till farm make a profit for the owners (from farming alone).Organic goods sell at a premium.Do you have a supply line waiting to be filled, such as a grocery chain, or wholesale to restaurants outfit, or a national food prep company like Swanson, or are you going to farmers market it, or donate it to a food bank?

I am willing to donate time during the week and on weekends by assisting with finding potential investments, doing relevant market research, or even putting in the sweat equity to help with rehabbing properties.

For me, there is the obvious financial freedom...being about to purchase what I need, loan money to those who ask, & donate to numerous worthy causes without having to stop & think if I have the money or not.
