Getting started with good habits and the right people in my corner.

Hello all!

My name is Dylan. I am a brand new real estate agent in western Oregon (specially the Eugene area) and an aspiring real estate investor. I've read about and have become interested in the BRRRR method of real estate investing however I do have some obstacles to overcome. I live in an area I've only been for 2 years, I am a new real estate agent so no dependable income to help qualify for financing, not financially strong enough to buy right now, and I have a lack of knowledge for rehabbing properties and what to look for. I've read many books to gain an understanding about what I'm able to do now and what I can do now. It seems to me that the next best step is to work on personal finances and connect with other investors, so here I am to connect with other investors! I am hoping to connect with either local to me real estate investors or long distance investors who are interested in investing in my area. I am willing to donate time during the week and on weekends by assisting with finding potential investments, doing relevant market research, or even putting in the sweat equity to help with rehabbing properties. To be clear, I am not just a real estate agent looking for investors to buy and sell real estate, I am more interested in learning the best investment practices!
