Hi Guys,My name is Mario and I am totally new to the BP, so hopefully, I won't disappoint you with my silly question.I am working for a European logistics company. 

I have learned that it's much better to let a guest vent to me over the phone real-time about a unit they are disappointed in than to have them cancel a 1-week reservation for a full refund AND leave a 1-star review. 

I am in Cleveland so I can only speak for this area but more often then not I visit properties that look great on paper and then disappoint in person. 

This is at a minimum disappointing. 

Additional issues that disappointed and surprised me - his team used my brand new stainless steel kitchen sink to wash their brushes, leaving paint and a haze in the new kitchen sink and a permanent rust stain ring from the paint can on my counter.

I am very disappointed in her and would like to move on and find someone who does what they say. 

There is a lot of hard work, disappointments, and learning that goes into this--it's not a get rich quick thing by any means.

Additionally those looking for deals because of this I believe will be disappointed to find that most areas don't swing heavily to buyer's market territory.

We were actually looking at a different property that was very disappointing and we were like hey, we might as well check out that duplex while we’re out driving!

A return of under 100% is considered a disappointment.
