If you win, they will have to pay the extra expense of the filing fees, etc, on top of what you say your damages are (which would be the cost to hire someone else to complete the job).   

Any suggestions on how to legally put Damage Deposits into a CD to gain interest? 

They don't inspect and only discover damages three years later when the tenant leaves.

I tried for over a week to make things right, explain that there was a miscommunication and that, if they blocked me due to the initial violation, their own sales rep reached out and told me how to do it correctly, which I did.

I am trying to leverage my home's equity to access investment funds but I've run into a road block.

Issue: Last October 2023, a pipe under the floor leaked from my upper condo unit to the downstairs unit causing damage to the neighbor's kitchen.My condo was paid off, so little did I know, I didn't buy an insurance policy at that time (failed). 

Having lived in many different states and cities, there are few places I have seen where you can have a really great area and go a few blocks and be in a bad area. 

The home is in a good location - 3 blocks from the up and coming revitalized "downtown square" with boutique shops, cute restaurants, coffee shops.

I believe that the shower in the second floor bathroom is causing water damage and creating the mold in the first floor bathroom ceiling, which may require removing the first floor bathroom ceiling. 

But I have pictures from before they moved in and plenty of pictures of the mess and damages.
