Unfortunately  KW offers very little in collaboration for investor friendly agents because they are structured in a way where each market center is individually owned and operated so your best chance with them is to find an investor agent doing what you want to do in your market.

For me it would depend on if I have worked with the agent before or if this is a new collaboration. 

Madison has a very strong KW office and the tech, training and collaborative culture at KW is second to none.

The largest wholesale lender used by independent mortgage brokers rolled it out today (you can't roll something out like this in 24h, and they hate each other so didn't collaborate, I'm chalking it up to coincidence and/or both waiting for the same data-point to make the calculation/guess).

We are real estate investors who are looking to create collaboration/relationship with an experienced real estate agent/team and a property manager in the Winston Salem, NC area.

Alternatively, you could enter a Joint Venture Agreement each personally (or with your own entities, if you have them) and the terms of your collaboration would be described in that document.

If growing a business, having reoccurring income, ownership, collaboration on the highest levels with investor friendly agents is something you are interested in I'd love to set time a side to dive a bit deeper.
