HI Adam,If it were mine, I'd:Replace the blue color with a trendy (light) avocado-ish green (the lawn is green and the bricks look good with that).Replace the all of the white including the garage door with a darker color to contrast (or blend) with the green (experiment a little).Move the house numbers down one board to make the house seem bigger.

When you go with a Matte finish or Eggshell you'll have to paint the entire wall to make it blend in correctly.Its really personal choice but after doing this for so many years we found this to be the best approach.
