I feel people shouldn't be made to feel ashamed when they're actually making steps to acquire the knowledge they're lacking.

The issue that I see with the whole arrangement of buying it in your own name, getting financing in your own name, and then transferring the title into an LLC, while keeping the financing in your own name is that any good plaintiff's attorney in a lawsuit against your LLC will argue that the LLC is just a sham and that the veil should be pierced (i.e. that you should be held personally liable for any damages incurred). 

This is a shame because porous borders are a severe national security problem.

It really is a shame.

This company is a sham and full of scam artists.

You might think that's not your problem, but it can be be if the court rescends the sale saying it was a sham transaction or arising out of other issues.

It’s a shame that there are such crooked companies in the turnkey lane.

It's truly a shame! 

I think it would be a shame to see the barn slowly rot over time or get rid of it for next to nothing, but I also don't want to shell out $10k to repair the roof just to look at it.
