I learned sales in the insurance business and financial services sector, it's anchored more in psychology and responses than canned scripts like a telemarketer, I hate that.

One consideration I'll offer is the concept of price anchoring. 

Are the anchor bolts actually accessible through the side holes?

This is primarily due to the explosion of jobs anchored by Amazon's distribution center and other major national businesses seeking access to the Alliance Airport.

I'm not sure you can realistically screen for that.I'm pretty sure Steve had his tongue anchored quite firmly in his cheek :-D

Anyways, so after work, we went back to the house, and found that the basement windows had boards just pushed up to the holes, so we actually anchored them, sandwiching the foundation between the outside board and a board inside, so they can just crawl through.
