The shakers and movers in the area will have folks flocking to them at these events to hear about what they have going on in their biz. 

If you're making $12 an hour as a mover, why not make $17 an hour as a truck driver?

I have been learning/working SFH in Tacoma WA and ran into this deal.

On the other, as a buyer, I'd want to make sure the house is still there, or that the movers didn't damage a bunch of stuff, or that the rain last week didn't flood the basement (f. ex if that's the first time it rained in the area since I got it under escrow), etc.

What about having movers put it in a storage unit, like pods, and they can have it sent up.

If you can talk to a few mobile home movers and installers in the area, they may be able to give you a few estimates on what it would cost to remove the old one and put in a new one.
