If you’re set on single family you may want to expand your area up to Punta Gorda / Port Charlotte - we’ve been seeing some stuff up there that could work.

Some hot places in the city are Brewerytown and Port Richmond.

Minnesota has: -in-land sea port, -Federal Reserve, -agriculture main hub, -financial main hub, -insurance industry hub, -medical industry main hub, -major military manufacturing hub and on and on and on and on.

We want to buy one in Port A in Texas.

I’m wondering what the process is to submit an offer on just the car port, discuss our plans and then talk to the city. 

The rental market is very strong here due to multiple military bases, the ports and other industries that draw folks in!

I only checked our Prince George's and Montgomery County so I would have had no idea about the 8-room capability of Howard County without Stephen's post. 

Some of my investors love Port Richmond, Kensington, Grays Ferry, Cobbs Creek, and Strawberry Mansion just to name a few.
