I personally would put more time into Linkedin and Bigger Pockets than Tik Tok.  

Facebook, Linkedin, whatever.

Don't forget to check social media including linked in to see if you can find where they work, this will be helpful to serve as well as garnish wages. 

I would to on LinkedIn and start talking to people, you will see very quickly who focuses on what.

I look on Linkedin, google, and FB as well any other relevant social media.

I just set up my LinkedIn profile focusing on looking for new employment as opposed to being a newbie REI.  

Definitely recommend chatting with people in person where you can get it, between those events would definitely try to connect with people on here, Linkedin, FB, etc and try to schedule calls to learn as much as possible.In the mean time , I would definitely read up on syndications books like "The Hands off Investor" by Brian Burke.

Find out who they are and become friends with them on FB and Linked In.

If you say you will get them a quote by the end of the day, then make that a priority.As far as online presence, you can start publishing to your member blog here on BiggerPockets, develop a following on social media by updating a business page regularly, attend some virtual networking events on LinkedIn, or even look on Meetup.com for any local meet ups of interest.
