Instead in most cities condominium apartments and condominium townhouses are amongst the most affordable properties.

I've read that real estate development is growing in the Philippines, especially in condominiums.  

This type of project is completely new to me and I'm just trying to get a handle on what my out of pocket capital needs will be before embarking on a high end Condominium Development project.

I am using one of those 1% listing services for a $215k condominium (pricing it very low to sell, great condition, just want liquidity) and am wondering do I really need to give the buyers agent 3% at this competitive of a price on a straight forward condominium? 

Owner has wanted to convert the fourplex into condominiums but is too busy to get around to it.

Also remember condos have high expenses such condo associations, assessments, etc.... and 80%-90% of them require a buyer approval before they can close which could complicate things as well without even mentioning the right of first refusal which some condominiums have on their bylaws....

I presently own one property that I lease, my first purchase as a home owner, a one bedroom 1 bath condominium in the North Main area.My goal is to break free from the sales industry and join forces with my lovely girlfriend,  Ginger Brewton.  

I hate to make any assumptions, but I would assume these duplexes have been converted to condominiums so they can be sold one side at a time.

I am entertaining buying a 729K condominium in Malibu to rent it out .

If so, are the individual "homes" actual separate properties with their own lot or are they condominiums existing on a common lot?
