I know variations of this Q have been asked before, but some may be out dated and I had hoped to get a fresher batch of information/input.I have been getting to know people in RE on the southwest side of Portland, Keller Williams, Core Realtors, Windermere, etc. and so far I've only heard of Proschools as a good option.However, when looking online it seems some say they were acquired in the last year and the student experience hasn't been so great since the integration.

Books I like are obviously Rich Dad, Poor Dad - Robert Kiyosaki, Real Estate Riches - Dolf De Roos, The Millionaire Real Estate investor - Gary Keller are a few good ones to start.After reading and studying for a while, you just need to do it!
