I don't see that with the letters.For us, just one that generates a closed deal can mean commissions ranging from a few tens of thousands of dollars to several hundred thousand dollars, so for us, the juice is definitely worth the squeeze.

This is generally reserved for documents that do get recorded, like mortgages and deed-of-trusts since recorders will not accept a non-notarized signature.Loaning money to an LLC that you are a member of offers little protection either if any of your partners goes belly up or otherwise walks.

I have never seen a franchisor guarantee(not saying it doesn't happen), its usually the franchisee(personal) and if the franchisee goes belly up, good luck in that hot BK mess.

Seek possession only, and then go after the back rent in small claims court (once you have gained possession of your unit) if you think the juice is worth the squeeze (usually, there's no juice, only squeeze, because "you can't get blood from a rock").Here's what I don't know:1) Does the previous owner's service even stand through a transfer of title?

And while the first is more work, it isn't a ton of work on its own, so again, the juice is worth the squeeze.For the record, I have done both, there are certainly pro's and con's to each.
