You can rent stand-up paddle boards and go paddle boarding or kayaking in the Naples Canals.2nd and PCH has higher end shopping, ocean-view restaurants.Head over to the waterfront for good restaurants and tourist shops and the aquarium.Long Beach also recently loosened it’s STR restrictions so the owner does not have to be on-site during the tenant’s stay!

When I say decent it’s cause our area isn’t a tourist destination, but I think I could fix it up and market it to where it could make us decent money from the locals that would look to have a little getaway here and there and it would be someplace fun for me and my family to go that would not be too far awayThat being said it’s not like I’m looking for this to break the bank or be a crazy source of good income for me, but if I went the AirBnB route my concern is in doing so what kind of roadblocks may I run into?

However, for STR's aimed at grabbing the tourists going to Disney then investing in Kissimmee would be your best bet and to my knowledge they do not have the same regulations as Orlando.

I feel the tourists are great for our economy as we’re a tourist based town and we should instead work for a more stringent noise ordinance.
