Perhaps give them some flyers to post somewhere in the dorm lobbies about your Summer vacancies prior to the end of the school year.I would suggest a donation to the club for their support, or perhaps a reward for the individual students that help you.

They have a poster in the lobby with pics and price etc for everyone to see.

In the lobby it had to have windows with bullet proof glass and sheetrock.

The Washington Landlord Assoc is an active, engaged organization that is involved in lobbying tenant/Landord issues fairly and with a balanced approach. 

We love their screening service, you can call them for advice, the option to have them take care of things while you are on vacation is interesting, and they lobby hard for landlords.  

You can't be a buyers agent and not licensed.You can be an agent on INACTIVE status or an expired license but you cannot conduct any real estate activity that way.REALTOR is nothing more than a designation from NAR ( National Association of Realtors) lobbying group.

We did have to invest alot to finish the bunkroom above the garage and the theater room, but this thing is a renal machine. 

You need to lobby for loss of income relief to go with the eviction moratorium!

However, if you feel treated unfairly why won't you form a powerful landlords lobby (If you could afford it) and push your (ours) interest in Washington.

Local face to face "hotel lobby" seminars are things I try to avoid because I want to start something, not help someone else profit.
