That last sentence is crucial for people to understand.

I was working with a realtor that had a pocket listing that she showed me and offered as an option to me so I thought an agent could operate as a dual agent but then I see this sentence on this page:"A real estate licensee may not operate as a disclosed or nondisclosed dual agent."

Just like the title says, it only takes 1 sentence from a conversation with 1 person to change your trajectory.  

Focus on the higher dollar per hour tasks.I know this wasn't your question, but that sentence popped out at me, like something's wrong.
