1 Sentence from 1 Person can Change Your Life :)

Goooood morning guys!

I just wanted to give another bit of value that I have learned over the past couple years of networking! Just like the title says, it only takes 1 sentence from a conversation with 1 person to change your trajectory.  

It has happened to me several times to date, including:

1.) Learning from a friend from across Massachusetts over Instagram that I could use my 1x year of full time community college paired with 1x year of full time work afterward (had a change of plans) to be pre approved for a loan. (This saved literally an entire year of time and I was pre approved JUST days after!)

2.) Learning from a conversation with a mentor in the car one night that if you ask your lender to be pre approved for a 3-4 unit property instead of a 2 family, 75% of forecasted rents will be included in your DTI and you will likely be given a higher amount to leverage because the lender is comfortable giving more with a higher revenue to cover the debt service. (This COMPLETELY shifted my thinking, strategy, and location for the better)

This is something that everyone can do, the more conversations you have with likeminded people, the more often that these types of gems will show themselves, and you will also be the one giving them as well!
