I know whoever I select will need to run it eventually, but in the mean time, I won't get dinged a bunch of times in case I decide to do nothing now and revisit the situation a few months later.I think when creditors say it doesn't hurt your credit to do a bunch of inquiries at the same time for a car or a mortgage, they are assuming you will make your selection and get the financing in fairly short order.
