I point this out because I hear many newbies somehow want to equate the idea of some deep discount that a procuring bank or large investment fund received as being able to flow downstream into the street level investor.

May I suggest if you do proceed follow the proper inspections steps and make sure in advance you can procure financing for something like this.Good luck to you

Has anyone been successful with procuring warehouse lines of credit for SFR builds lately?

I do agree a lot of people base their initial real estate process on procuring enough rental properties to quit they’re full time job.

We immediately procure all the materials that we will need for our fixer upper project.Unfortunately, a month after we bought the new property, my wife secure another job in Dallas, Texas ( My job is quite flexible and I can work remotely most time) and we need to relocate back to Texas again.

I am a partner of a local GC group and primarily deal with JV identification, financing, and project procurement.

We provided all articles of incorporation and an unanimous consent from board of directors stating that the company was authorized to purchase the property and procure funds for purchase from my partner. 

I'm moving to Houston next month and will be not only looking to invest personally, but also to help other investors with procurement, liquidation and property management once I get my TX RE license.
