Joint Venture Exploratory Round Table Coronado

Hi BP San Diego,

I'm based out of Coronado and new to bigger pockets so this is my first post and I am trying to get a feel for the San Diego bp community. I am a partner of a local GC group and primarily deal with JV identification, financing, and project procurement. We have kept our pipeline pretty full with hospitality (most recently: Florent, Voltaire Beach House, Golden State Brewing, Whiskey Girl, Double Deuce, Rabbit Hole, to name a few), luxury residential remodel, and office renovation, but are constantly trying to identify good opportunities. What makes us unique is our approach to deals, we take equity positions in exchange for work, have financed all construction activities if given permitted properties, and have even taken tenancy in common in cash flow ops in exchange for services.

I want to get a round table going with local investors, landowners, other industry pros that might be interested in trade work, business professionals looking at expanding or remodeling, etc. The more eclectic the better. I can bring a decent amount of interesting players to the table as well, so worst case scenario folks get to me others in the industry. Let's see if we can create a local group of serious people together.
