Plastic bags clog most commercial machines' drains but Speed Queen seems to have less draining issues than the other commercial washers that we have used. 

Hello,I recently closed on a triplex and the apartments feels very chilly in winter weather proofing with a plastic cover sealing the windows  mitigated the issue little bit but I would like to get to the root of cause since even when thermostat is set at 80 it feels chilly,especially my lower two units are very cold despite a centralized ac system.Unfortunately I couldn't catch this during inspections since it was warmer weather around that time.I am now dealing with higher utility bills who are some professionals that I can get in touch with for solid weather proofing ?

Personally I don't think they found anything, but they say there was a plastic p-trap in a random spot on the floor that was broken.

Go to your local Home Depot or equivilant store Buy yourself some pcv pipe about 3- 6 foot long that you can  put a hammer in and some roofing nails. they have orange plastic rings around them ....

If you are not familiar with a vapor retarder, its  heavy sheet plastic with a perm rating of less the 0.50.

Depending on your area you will either have concrete or plastic tank.
