Perusing through my broker's policy manual, it does say that all advertisements must be approved by the company, are owned by the company, and must contain a keyword disclosing that you are real estate professional (e.g., broker, agent, etc.). 

I have perused these forums – including reading The Ultimate Beginner’s Guide to Real Estate Wholesaling by Brandon Turner, however, seems the info I’ve seen is framed towards wholesalers themselves – how to become one, be effective, why/ why not, pitfalls, etc. and not necessarily how an investor should think of / work with wholesalers.These past several weeks I’ve been looking for a deal and have met with a few wholesalers.

I often don't have the time to peruse the forums, but I usually get enough content simply from my keywords. keep it up!

After perusing many of the wonderful articles / posts / blogs on the site it seems as though wholesaling might be a good direction, however I will admit to feeling a bit apprehensive about it (most likely out of not fully understanding it and being burned a bit in the past).

I will definitely take the advice you all are giving me -- especially regarding the management company.I am still perusing all the info in the site, but up to now I have been learning a lot.I will start posting questions on the forum once I have all those questions in order.Again, thanks for all your help.

Thanks for the information I do want to get into holding property during my 3rd to 5th year I look forward to having the passive income but want to do a few flips to give my self good amount of capital for perusing deals.
