New Member from Atlanta

Hello BiggerPockets Community, 

BiggerPockets newbie from Atlanta(specifically Lilburn/Duluth area) ready to broaden my horizons into real estate investing.  I have been a member for a couple months but just began to interact with others today.  My focus is on Buy/ holds and flipping but who know what the future holds.

Over compulsive is an understatement to how I constantly search online, drive, research neighborhoods to get a better understanding of the market and pricing in my area. 

I currently work as an Administrative Assistant in the Alpharetta area hopefully to build to doing investments full time. 

I stumbled across this website when I downloaded a book from the Amazon Store and have been hooked on this site ever since. Very informative.

Learning more and more each day in hopes to eventually snag my first investment property. Hoping to find a mentor in the near future
