My name is Malcolm, planning on doing business in the Tallahassee area. I want to start off wholesaling. Getting things in order as we speak. I have heard that this is a great place to network. Hello everyone.

You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing. Rents can be 2-4 times more. Remember you don't have to own a property to control it.
