Funny thing is she had an agent and they were very organized pay check stubs, reference letters, clean background, etc... but, a professional scam artist. 

My intention is to grow an organic scaffold that can be of benefit to my community and I believe real estate investment will be my conduit for that eventuality.

As I have grown to 31 units there are things that I certainly hand over to contractors and I don't do much more than make a quick phone call to deal with the situation.

What they don't realize most REALTORS have decades of work/life experience, their children are grown, they have a working spouse and/or pension, and they've been in real estate for 10+ years and have built their business.Statistics do have value. 80% of REALTORS don't quit just because they are lazy.

We pay for all of the utilities due to renting 11 out of the 12 units to a nonprofit organization in the area that places their clients and guarantees the rent payments.
