Hello all, I'm a newcomer to the site, as well as real estate in general, and wanted to reach out with thanks in advance and some degree of hope in the opportunity provided here. I've worked in construction (renovations, rehabs, residential prop mgmt, electrical) for 13 years and I'm looking forward to learning more about financing the implementation of that experience into a fix/flip and/or rent program as well as meeting new people to collaborate with. My intention is to grow an organic scaffold that can be of benefit to my community and I believe real estate investment will be my conduit for that eventuality.
