It's a little nerve racking but that doesn't mean it's impossible!

I have been doing a lot of reading and will be sure to really examine all of the sections of Bigger Pockets!

However, I could tell that it really grated on my co-worker's nerves, so in the interest of keeping the cube farm happy, I would do my phone calls in a vacant conference room and stuff.My co-worker liked to tell people at work that I barely knew that I was a slumlord, so my infrequent conversations with some people were a back pedaling of "my rentals are nicer than my house" (which is totally true, by the way).  

It takes a while and it's nerve racking but it's worth it.

I was at one point a title examiner for a few real estate law firms and title companies so I am familiar with some terminology.

Hello, I have seen some topics on taking an online course to pass the RE exam in Colorado. 

Not the time it takes me to reply or inquire, or the time it takes to examine of trouble shoot.

Examine the systems ask when they were installed look the maintenance of the building.

Also I guess i do have a couple scattered questions, such as how can i work on a buyers list without having a property on hand (i am going to start going to an rei club as well ) AND if your an investor in Texas Maybe we can network :) Ill keep this post as a journal for when i do get my first deal under contract How did you get over the phone call nerves?
