don't think so... they will do something else or become your competition. my best borrowers are contractors that compete with investors then do most of the work themselves.. they are trades men.. those guys do quite well.

You won't find medical doctors being taught a new procedure by a non-physician retired salesman, you won't find a lawyer going to law school being taught by a some basket weaver......real estate is much different, most all of these gurus are "pitch men", they don't teach business or law or real estate, they show programs or schemes that are their product. 

Has anyone used or heard of www.privatemoneymen.com and do all private lenders now require you send your DL and SS# along with corporate papers if you are using your corporation?

@Raul Salmeron I didn't mean that they stay there while you have big husky men bringing in laminate beams and sheet rock. ;-) They get "quiet enjoyment" while they are renters.

Morning All, I am looking for a handyman(men) that can help us with our maintenance requests from time to time in a handful of (not the worst) neighborhoods in Chicago.  

This kind of stuff seems to attract two kinds of people, the uneducated and the con men.

I have one turnkey rental in Indianapolis and got my virtual assistant to help me compile a list of handi men, plumbers, property management, roofers, electrical vendors.

With the military base in the area growing by leaps and bounds the rental market is good and elevated due to BAQ received by our service men and woman.

Any real estate agent that works well with investors should have connections for great property managers, contractors, handy men and anyone else you might need to help manage your property from a far.
