Does anyone use a handyman NW Indiana or South areas of Chicago

Morning All, 

I am looking for a handyman(men) that can help us with our maintenance requests from time to time in a handful of (not the worst) neighborhoods in Chicago.  We have an in-house maintenance staff but we are looking for more vendors to assist in the higher volume parts of the month.  Many of our properties are further south so even if you can refer a handyman from Northwest Indiana that would probably work just as well.
