I use the local “meetup“ app on my phone and ask people in the local REIAs for information as well.

Since I am new to the app I am not sure how to set up a meet up, but would most people be free on weekends or weekdays?

Maintenance can be done through the Homee app. 

I had her fill out the app and screening through Zillow.

@Justin SiddallI can’t format this right since the BP app will not do spaces.That aside I would just say be communicative and responsive in repairs with owners and tenants.

Not sure if this is the right section to post in but I can't find something fitting.This is about some issues with the BP phone app.When creating a post, the line breaks when writing the post do not stay when actually posting so everything gets combined into one giant paragraph.This post has three line breaks but it doesn't look like it (at least on the phone app).

Also, check out Craigslist and apps like Realtor/Trulia too just to get a feel for prices in the market.

This may not work on the phone app.
