Property Manager for Short Term Rental in San Antonio

Yvette J. Hwee
Posted

Hello,

We are looking to purchase a property in San Antonio that can be used as a second home and Airbnb short term rental when are not in residence. Does anyone know local property management companies or real estate agents that manage these short term rentals?

Thank you,

Yvette

I personally would go a cheaper route and just hire a cleaner from Turnoverbnb and a VA from the Phillipines. That's all you need to manage an STR. If you find a property management company to manage an STR they will more than likely charge 10 - 25%. Not worth it.
