Hey All, I’ve found an off market duplex in need of some repair (estimate unknown as I haven’t been inside yet).

It was in the market for 283 days before I bought it.

This doesn't seem like a good marketing strategy to me though. 

I find properties below market value that cash flow.

I searched for properties that stay on the market for a long time.
