Does anyone have contact info for any lenders who would loan on a manufactured home with acreage?

I just did a 100,000k manufactured home and got a 4.5% commission on the buy side, I am assuming that the listing agent got something similar.

I am currently looking at purchasing a piece of land in Colorado and placing a manufactured home on the land.

Will the manufacturer typically provide financing to the landlord for these?

We've seen it time and again and it only leads to folks living in some horrible, low income apartments or rental homes instead of allowing folks, who fully choose to live in RVs and manufactured home a safe, affordable Park to live in.It also makes prices on existing Park prices go up and many deteriorate b/c they know their guests have no other choice.
