Developing land for a 5thWheel / Mobile home park
I have approximately 7 acres that I am going to develop. My question is what type of professional should I be looking for to get this planned out? I want someone to map out exactly how the park could look before I start this process that way I can maximize ROI by making as few mistakes as possible.

@Allen Martin You may want to start with your local zoning department to see if the land is zoned for what you want to do. They'll need the legal description and parcel number to look it up. From there, you'll have a better idea of what you can and can't do with the land from a zoning perspective.
Regarding your question about mapping out the park, you may want to talk to your local manufactured housing association. They may have some referrals for you on who to talk with to help with the project. Hope that helps!
