For example, I purposely, try to offer MORE than the average rental in terms of amenities while pricing LESS than the average price for a comparable rental.

my main goal is to just get the roof in before weather gets bad.is there anything I can do aside from a 3k escrow holdback suggested by my agent to prevent getting burned?

Is it good for LTR rental purpose?
