If they find themselves on the wrong side of the door from their phone, I can grab my phone or laptop and open the door w/o the need to drive across town.

Meeting people on the road who were retired at 45, or generating 50k/month running Amazon FBA businesses from their laptops was mind-blowing to me.

I Daytrade the ES Future on my laptop for my retirement and I have five properties to fix up and Sell in Brazil. 

We want to be able to travel, go backpacking etc without having to stress too much about money, and have lots of time to spend together, which is something we do not feel we have right now.I see doing this largely through investing in small multifamily properties.

Actually the whole site is pretty heavy and having more than one or two pages open at once really drags my laptop down.
