FYI all my first meetings are formal. 

I wound up typing a lot, so at the risk of being overly formal, I made a table of contents.

My husband thinks we do not need to have them sign a formal month to month lease, but I prefer to have all steps documented.  

I am smart enough to know there is so much I don't know about real estate and investing, obviously you learn as you go but I have six months to learn through formal education before diving in, so I'm wondering about classes you've taken.  

If you don't I would also go through your areas formal eviction process.

While I have posted once in these forums, I realize that I never actually formally introduced myself.

One guy didn't even follow through with this formal estimate.  

I am currently using yellow letter marketing and am wondering if sending a letter that is a little more formal might test better and net more calls.

Recent medical issues have forced him to the sidelines temporarily, and I am hoping to take this opportunity to formalize some processes and add more structure to his rentals.
