Finding a General Contractor that is familiar with 203k Loan
Hello,
We are finally looking for a primary residence in the Princeton, NJ area.
We wanted to find a foreclosed property and fix up using a 203k rehab loan. The problem is that I am a little bit nervous finding the right General Contractor who has experience in this and also able to walk through the homes to give me an estimate for the couple houses that I am interested in.
Does anyone have any references to a good General Contractor in the Princeton, NJ area?
Thanks!
Mike & Wendy
