They do this because (A) jobs allow them to get paid as long as they show up and don't screw up things completely, (B) they have no advantage sourcing deals and investing vs professionals and (C) saves themselves the hassle and bickering that one is exposed to when running any business (and even more in RE).I would suggest consulting with your wife/partner before making the move.

A witness, photographic evidence that literally millions upon millions of people can see, and a fire that's GOING to expose these guys, and that's to flimsy to evict in a court of law???
