I love the strategy of looking for a deal a day - this is a great way to expose yourself to a wide range of properties and be able to make a more informed decision!

They do this because (A) jobs allow them to get paid as long as they show up and don't screw up things completely, (B) they have no advantage sourcing deals and investing vs professionals and (C) saves themselves the hassle and bickering that one is exposed to when running any business (and even more in RE).I would suggest consulting with your wife/partner before making the move.

I pray you owned this in an entity/trust and you sold it that way as well because if the sky falls you don't want to be exposed to a potential suit from the guy you sold it to. 

If you want it really exposed, hire an agent.

It exposes some very questionable tactics in your business model (if you can call it that), and bragging about almost ripping off an elderly widower through the unlicensed practice of real estate does not paint you in a positive or professional light.

A witness, photographic evidence that literally millions upon millions of people can see, and a fire that's GOING to expose these guys, and that's to flimsy to evict in a court of law???
