We’re trying to figure out what to expect cost-wise for furnishings and interior design.

Currently the pilot areas are restricted to designated pilots on the North, Northwest, West, South and Southeast sides. 

I am very early in the process, seeking designs and exploring funding options.

Assuming the 2 acres is 100% usable, I'd like to do buildings on one acre and outdoor RV/boat storage on the other acre.I've looked online at several companies that build storage buildings, but I don't know what size to ask for quotes on.Does anyone have software recommendations that can assist in planning and designing the layout of the facility?

Represent the buyer's interests by designing an offer?

Architect(seems very expensive) or architectural designer will be enough?

This would be a hospice home designed to provide more comfortable living in last few days/weeks of life. 

Everything is with intelligent design.

I realize now, had we done that, it would have appreciated well, especially on the stock side.On that theme, if you have very long term designated reserves, I think you are the captain of the ship.
