That being said, I read some (old) reviews that said payments had been hung up (withdrawn from the tenant but not deposited into the landlords bank account longer than 10 days) and customer support was ZERO and their 'ticket' program kept automatically closing out the ticket request without resolution.

In the interim, I am wondering if anyone has any ideas for generating income from it now while it sits?

This idea that you can tariff your way into generating a bunch of income by hitting entire countries on everything just because you have a trade deficit and think you're raising money is absolutely awful.  

Since BP has this new funky advertisement in the forums that does not allow you to reply, (link above) I'll reply using the same title in hopes to generate some conversation.

I need someone who is motivated to generate direct bookings, especially since my property is themed, and Airbnb doesn't do a great job of marketing the theme. 

I almost picture it as a customer success team within a business.

Honestly the high fees combined with lack of transparency and high appraisal costs, a whole month of UW (longer than normal), etc. would make me want to switch lenders right away because IME the lenders with high fees and high appraisal costs who drag their feet like this also tend to be the ones to continue delaying, have things get stuck in underwriting, say one thing while delivering another, have poor communication especially between UW and origination, bad customer service, can't close when they say they will, etc. and it can be a total nightmare.
