For $69 monthly plus $99 deductible per repair call, and they’ll pay you $500 to pay towards any piece of appliance they can’t fix.For the $69 monthly, they cover every appliance in the house including all fixtures, HVAC system with 2 complimentary checks during spring/autumn seasons, garage doors/motors, and electrical systems, etc.Now I know there are people with horror stories but for us personally, they’ve replaced our oven, fixed our fridge and deep freezers, electrical system, and have already taken advantage of their HVAC checkup.Would this be something of an added protection for our properties moving forward and maybe roll it onto the rent?

Like you I joined BP to learn and in my case I used the 10k to pay off a personal loan to decrease my DTI and increase my monthly meet income, providing a greater cushion to invest.Action items for you:Listen to all BP podcasts & take notes.Read the books mentioned by the hosts and guests ( Hoopla let's you borrow ebooks from a local library, gratis - use this because your taxes are paying for it)Write down your goals and read them regularlyAdded financesChoose a real estimate investment strategyFind a market that supports that strategyAnalyze at least 50 deals in that marketRe-evaluate your goals and strategyMeanwhile your attending Real Estate Investment Association (REIA) meetups and networking, building your core four (RE Agent, Property Manager, General Contractor, Loan Broker/Banking/Lenders)There are more but I think this novel is a good starting point, let us know if you have any questions.
