Does your doctor or accountant operate that way, no its just there is such a conflict of interest and high stakes that there are too many agents and idiots.

However I’ve noticed most highly qualified tenants don’t want to move until closer to summer (I know seasonality is a thing).On that note, I have a great prospective tenant who is PCSing here with the military as a doctor at a local military hospital.

Maybe a co-working space or professional like a builder/remodeler, real estate brokerage, mortgage broker, therapist, chiropractor, massage therapy, dentist, doctor etc.

I’ve heard that some doctors or other professionals will privately own their real estate and lease it to their professional business.

Turns our her daughter was in the shower too long and she had to get to a doctors appointment so she came and made my tenants move their cars so she could get out on our side.  

I have seen it a few times before with a doctor buying retail centers at 20% down instead of 25 to 35% down but he had all his deposits there and personal guarantees across all assets.
