Unless you plan to pair it with a construction division or can build out a brokerage and the property management is utilized to bring in and/or retain business, it's not a great business to be in if you plan to manage 3rd party assets.

Yeah, so, on rare occasions LPs try to exit syndications but this is possible only through the GPs approval and that all parties involved are on the same page.

Keep track of all that.You can also use software like dealfinder, propstream, prophawk and I'm sure others.There are free AVMs available, but for the most part I think the free ones aren't any better than Zmate which is most often horrilble.
