It was only like $169 from amazon too.It takes surprisingly good movies in 640x480 at 30fps, and Ive yet to scratch the surface of all its different features.

@Michael GarofaloThanks all for the help, I did check with the city about it, and they said you have to have a hard surface or concrete/paver driveway to park it on or else it is a code violation since grass isn't a hard surface.

I'm considering house hacking again in Charlotte and I also have connections in Michigan and the price to rent ratios seem more reasonable on the surface. 

If its only little bit of surface mold you can clean it w mold X.

In my personal opinion I would say that paint prepping would include just scraping back peeling paint, filling in any minor holes in trim with some wood putty, priming the surface, and painting.
