Researching with Jefferson Lilly stuff, MHU, and everything else that's been recommended on this forum.My question is on any tips on how to compile a list of mobile home park owners.

I am in Jefferson, GA but have a portfolio in Macon.

We pick up properties in the Berkeley County and Jefferson County areas.

There's a lot of great info on Alabama tax deeds on Bigger Pockets.I've been researching this myself, while waiting for replies from Jefferson county for tax properties.

Just called Solvay, they don't lend in Jefferson County (anymore?).

I agree with @Bill Brandt in that the podcasts are great (the two I listen to are Kevin Bupp's and Jefferson Lilly's).
