How would you recommend structuring the lawn care/snow removal?

Suggest you invite Rahm and Preckwinkle to speak after any snow accumulation.

Not missing the first snow fall of the year already, thats for sure.

I was at a local REIA meeting last night and it was stated by a Detroit city landlord that the city is now charging for "rainwater and snow removal".

Flooding, tornadoes, earthquakes, snow and ice storms, wildfires etc, - disasters happen all over the country.  

A complex manager will expect you to: research and present the best contracts for lawn care, snow removal, trash, handle fire department inspections, mortgage inspections, arrange for yearly maintenance of all fire systems, serve as direct liaison between local municipality and complex; and prepare an operating budget. 

Hopefully you didn't get stuck in the snow.

So this made me curious are they a good investment in the snow belt regions?

There are some hybrid management models you can use but you want to vet that out ahead of time.Other than that you need to consider professional photography, setting up your booking platforms, writing copy for your listings, local permits, landscaping, hot tub/pool, garbage, water, sewer, electricity, cable, internet, snow removal, etc. etc.
